Enterprise Architecture

The business architecture is a work approach to analyze an organization and its components, detect problems, and re-orientate those components towards the fulfillment of their vision and mission. It is a tool based on a complete and integrated model of: business operation (processes), information (systems and other technologies), people, structure and organization.

With this integral approach, we seek to help our clients to distinguish the foci where there are "risks" (or decidedly "failures") to complete the activities that add value to the company, based on a cross-sectional analysis that will teach us where to intervene.

The result is a portfolio of prioritized projects, in different fields of action, which respond to the needs of our customers (and of any organization) which is to maximize the productivity of productive factors, increasing the satisfaction of their own customers, the economic value of the company and the quality of the work environment for its employees.
