Change Management

Change Management is a process by which it is intended to eliminate the risks (or at least reduce the impacts) of "relevant changes" in the operation of an institution or company, either by process and procedure transformations, by incorporation of new technologies, by redefining structures or organization and roles, or by a combination of the above.

We use a combination of technical aspects of project management with other elements related to negotiation, leadership, risk analysis, conflict resolution and relationship dimensions, to help lead the adoption of those "relevant changes in the organization" in a natural way and fluid or, at least, in a non-traumatic way.

We take care to offer a consensual work plan with the involved areas, carry out periodic follow-ups, evaluating and evidencing our clients the state of progress and positive adoption of the change, and accompanying the people throughout the process until the change is already part of of the daily operation.
